How Bantu Now works
Two simple ways to get help in Johor Bahru — and your money stays protected in escrow until you confirm the job is done.
Path 1 — Post a task (you need help)

Sign up and verify your MyKad
Create an account, fill in your details, then verify your MyKad once. Verification keeps everyone on Bantu Now accountable. Your identity information is protected, private and confidential.

Post your task — free
Describe the job in your own words, add photos, set your budget (from RM 10), pick your area, and choose "Need now" for urgent help or a date and time that suits you. Need more than one helper? Set how many people you need.

Receive offers and compare
Verified solvers send offers with a price and a note. Chat with them inside the task page — for your safety, phone numbers and outside contact links are blocked so everything stays protected by escrow.

Negotiate until the price is right
Counter-offer with your own amount, and the solver can accept, decline or counter back. You always see the Budget, Current Offer and Accepted Price clearly.

Pay into escrow
Accept an offer and pay by FPX online banking or card. Your money is held safely by Bantu Now — the solver does not receive it yet.

Confirm completion and release payment
When the work is done, confirm it and the payment is released to the solver. Then leave a review — real reviews build real reputations.
Path 2 — Find a solver directly

Browse the solver directory
Filter by area, skills, rating and availability. Every profile shows real completed jobs, completion and on-time rates, verification status and genuine reviews.

Offer the task to the solver you trust
Press "Offer Task" on any profile and describe the job privately — it never goes public. The solver can accept or suggest a different price.

Save your trusted solvers
Found someone great? Save them to My Trusted Solvers so you can offer them work again in one tap.

Sign up, complete your details and verify
A verified badge and a complete profile with skills and service areas win more jobs.

Browse open tasks and make offers
Flip to Solver mode, filter by area, budget and urgency, then send your price with a short note explaining why you're the right person.

Negotiate and get booked
Accept a counter-offer or propose your own price. Once the customer accepts and pays into escrow, the job is yours.

Do the work, get paid
When the customer confirms completion, the escrowed payment is released to you (minus the platform fee). Track everything under Earnings.
