These Terms govern your use of Bantu Now (bantunow.my), operated by BN TASK LINK SERVICES (SSM registration no. 202603273406 (NS0328657-D)), Johor Bahru, Malaysia ("Bantu Now", "we"). By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
1.1 What Bantu Now is. Bantu Now is an online marketplace that connects people who need a task done ("Posters") with people who offer to do it ("Solvers"). We are not a party to the agreement between Poster and Solver, and we do not employ Solvers. Solvers are independent and responsible for their own work, tools, licences and taxes.
1.2 Eligibility and accounts.
- You must be 18 or older and a Malaysian MyKad holder, and complete identity verification before posting or accepting work.
- Give accurate information and keep your login secure. One person, one account.
- We may suspend or close accounts that give false information, break these Terms, or put others at risk.
1.3 Prohibited tasks and conduct. You may not post or accept tasks that are illegal, unsafe, or require a licence or permit you do not hold. This includes regulated electrical or gas work without the required competency, medical diagnosis or treatment, and anything sexual, violent or deceptive. You may not move payments or chat off the platform to avoid fees, harass others, or post fake tasks or reviews.
1.4 Offers and agreements. A Poster sets a budget. Solvers may offer and counter-offer. A binding agreement forms when the Poster accepts an offer and the agreed price is paid into escrow.
1.5 Reviews. Reviews must be honest and based on a real completed task. We may remove reviews that are abusive, fake or unrelated.
1.6 Our role and liability. We verify identity but do not guarantee the quality, safety, timing or legality of any task. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from tasks between users, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees we received from you for the task concerned. Nothing here limits rights you have under Malaysian consumer law that cannot be excluded.
1.7 Indemnity. You agree to cover losses we suffer because you broke these Terms or the law.
1.8 Changes. We may update these Terms. We will notify users of material changes, and continued use means acceptance.
1.9 Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes not resolved through our dispute process go to the courts of Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
